Begin by getting prior approval.
Before any repairs are made to your vehicle, please call Mazda Protection Products (MPP) at 866-693-2332.
- Monday - Friday: 7am - 7pm Central Time
- Saturday: 8am - 1pm Central Time
If your vehicle needs repairs and cannot be driven or operated outside our normal business hours, you may proceed with the necessary repairs. You should know that all other terms and conditions of your Vehicle Service Agreement apply. It is your responsibility to contact MPP at 866-693-2332 on the next available business day for claim authorization.
We recommend that you store the MPP phone number in your phone so it's easily accessible when you need it for claim authorization.
THE REPAIR PROCESS
When you request repairs at your dealer or repair facility, simply present your Vehicle Service Agreement. Ensure you save any receipts throughout the process, including any lodging or dining receipts. Please refer to your Agreement to ensure any repairs or expenses are covered.
If you have any expenses you hope to have reimbursed, you will need to mail receipts to:

Please allow 30 days for reimbursements.
You should be prepared to pay your deductible (if applicable), plus any charges for repairs or services that are not covered when your covered repairs are completed. Keep a file with your repair orders, copies of any receipts and all other service-related documents in case you need them later.
